The homes are beautiful, spacious and I loved the self guided tour process. Moving is a stressful event, so of course I had a lot of questions and concerns but Trever was awesome at answering and explaining things to me! He was patient with us through this process and made it easier. Highly recommend!

I took a tour with Trever and was so pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience from start to finish! I was not sure what to quite expect, but I didn't think I would walk away as impressed as I was. The neighborhood was cute and easy to access, the living spaces had good furnishings, an open layout, a spacious yard, and tasteful nooks that I could already see myself curling up into. Trever was thoughtful with his responses to my questions, down to wanting to know where some of the three-bedroom unit furniture was from since I liked it so much! Finding a place that feels thoughtfully built for how people like to live and design now can be a challenge, but I didn't have that here. If you find this review and are wondering if the tour is worth the effort, the answer is yes. I bet you will also be pleasantly surprised!

Trever was beyond helpful during my in-person tour! He walked me through a 3-bedroom home, showing me the high ceilings, the huge walk-in closet, and the smart home features. He even gave me moving tips based on past residents’ experiences. Highly recommend working with him!
