The policy in one breath.

Pet Screening is mandatory. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds. Maximum weight limit is 100 lbs per pet. No more than two pets allowed unless written approval is obtained. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for one pet; $500 for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet.

How many pets can I have?

Up to two pets per home. Dogs and cats are both welcome.

Is there a weight limit?

100 pounds per pet.

Are there breed restrictions?

Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet; no more than two pets without written approval from Quinn Property Management. Pet screening is required before move-in. Fish tanks limited to 20 gallons; no visiting animals.
